Visit our online Returns Portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid USPS shipping label provided via email.

Pack Your Frames

Place the eyewear in its original hard case and protective packaging to ensure it arrives back at our facility in perfect condition.

Ship and Refund

Drop off your package at any authorized USPS location; your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt.
